Meant as it’s name says for people that work sitting down (no matter of the age). They don’t take up much time. 13 Exercises, each is about 40 sec. long. You don’t need any special equipment, and all you need is 8 minutes of your time and some good will. After that you will fill less stiff, more nimble a cheerful. Exercise them 1-2 time a day and that is that.

Gymnastics and exercises in front of the PC

Exercises are performed a couple of minutes in front of PC

Medical gymnastics in 13 steps on the interactive CD named "Exercises in sitting position" is authorial work of physiotherapist Tonći Šitić and first made in Croatia. "Presented exercises are chosen among many others and based on 10 years of professional experience and results in practis", explained physiotherapist and added that exercises are chosen for people who work in sitting position, in front of PC, or with difficulties in cervical spine.

Exercises are combination of breathing, stretching and limbering up After reading the introductions, you can start exercising and each exercises lasts approximately 40 sec.

"An average man spends most of his working time in sitting position. Therefore neck,back and spine suffer mostly, and along with the pain the most common consequence is bowed posture. I think that these exercises are classic application of modern technology for a benefit of a modern man", explained Tonći Šitić

"Since many people owe PC’s at work and home, exercises on interactive CD have proved to be acceptable way to healthy exercising", claims the author and adds that vocal instructions guide tho whole therapeutic seanse.
