It represents a pillar, but also a director of our body. This DVD represents ideal continuation of the previous edition of CD with exercises in sitting position. In this way, summary of all the exercises necessary for maintainance of the spine mobility is completed. Exercises are presented that coordinate movement with sucking, which provides better circulation and oxygenation of the muscle. and through that more elasticity. Exercises can be used not only for the maintainance of mobility but also for allevating the pain. Due to the way of life nowdays, man is forced to constantly repeat the same movements, wich results in with pain and reduction of motion. This DVD will enable him to perform these simple and useful exercises every day and in such manner approach the philosophy of one very old saying "In healthy body healthy spirit".
